Data collected through the newsletter sign up is used for marketing on social media as well as to send you the newsletter. Data collected in connection with purchases is used solely to provide and invoice the service.

We store your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

 

This information is used solely for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when the purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

We store and use several categories of personal data: General personal data, e.g. name, address, e-mail, telephone number and data on the use of our digital services, including newsletters.

We have your information:

  • Directly from you via signing up for our newsletter on the website or elsewhere on the internet.

  • Simplero for handling booking and purchasing products and email newsletters.

For newsletters:

As long as you receive marketing materials and have not withdrawn your consent; and if we are not obliged to keep the personal data, e.g. in connection with a legal obligation.

In connection with the purchase of services or products:

In connection with the provision of our products and services, we will store your personal data for up to 5 years after the end of customer relations in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, unless there are special reasons to keep the information for an extended period of time, such as because you have access to an online product you have purchased.

 

Information, objection, modification, data portability and deletion:
You can always contact us to find out what personal data we have about you.

If there are errors in the information we have about you, you can always ask for it to be corrected so that we have the right ones, just as you have the right to obtain the information in a common format (data portability).
